- Each entry lands straight in Microsoft Forms, with an email notification to management for tracking and follow-up
- Three hand-written pages: a tutorial landing page, the submission flow, and a light mini game for the in-between moments
- Corporately tuned finish — restrained motion, Japanese accent text, and a formal, template-style Indonesian voice
